Glenville Festival Ent. Director
Edward C. Banks Sr. has been a professional disc jockey and music producer (DJ Phatty Banks) for over 30 years. As a single parent concerned with his own children's poor academics, he developed and currently facilitates and manages youth programs with Northeast Ohio schools and community organizations. Phatty has served the Ward 10 Community as the Glenville Festival Entertainment Director since 2018.
Famicos Foundation
Erica Burnett is the Director of Community Building and Engagement (CBE) at Famicos
Foundation, the Community Development Corporation (CDC) for the Glenville Neighborhood.
The Glenville Festival has been a community staple for over 40 years and the past four years Ms.
Burnett has played a major role in the event planning. Her role includes fundraising, vetting
vendors and resource participants, and financial management.

Kristian Hunter is the Center Director for the Five Pointe Community Center, which is managed by Famicos Foundation. Kristian’s role at Famicos Foundation encompasses managing operations at the Five Pointe Community Center, planning and implementation of equitable civic engagement initiatives, and providing resources to local businesses.
Spread The Love Foundation
Cleveland native and enthusiast Ossie Mae Neal is Founding President & CEO of Spread the Love Foundation. Neal was raised in the city’s Fairfax neighborhood and is a product of Cleveland public schools and a graduate of Cleveland Heights High School and Georgia State University. Neal’s prior career spans nearly 20 years at the City of Cleveland where she served in various senior management positions.
